Argo projects 3rd Steering Committee meeting

The 3^rd Steering Committee meeting of Argo-2030, PIE PIANO et CPER ObsOcean projects has been held on 13 September 2021 via videoconferencing.

The objective of this 3^rd meeting was to establish a state of progress of the projects.
