Argo projects 4th Steering Committee meeting

The 4^th Steering Committee of Argo-2030, PIE PIANO and CPER ObsOcean projects meeting has been held on 14^th December 2021 via video conference.
It dealt with the organisation of the kick-off meeting as well as the notable and urgent items on the progress of the tasks.
